Services Offered and Rates:

Writer and Website Content Services

  • Editing

I offer editing services for Book Authors, Article Writers, Essays and well as Profile pages.  Business or Personal. This service includes a full and thorough review of your document. I will review spelling, word and paragraph flow and character consistency. I will make corrections where needed. You will receive both the unedited and edited word documents.  You may choose to accept or reject the changes I make. My rates are flat and include time going back and forth until your work is perfected.

Rates are:

~ 0 – 25,000 words – $300.00 Flat Rate
~ 25,001 – 51,000 words – $500.00 Flat Rate
~ 51,001 – 75,000 words – $650.00 Flat Rate
~ 75,001 – 99,900 words – $800.00 Flat Rate
~ Greater than 100,00 words $1,000.00 Flat Rate

  • Proofreading

Proofreading services are offered for those who want to make sure the correct words are being used.  You know the ones! You, Your, You’re.  Its, It’s.  There, Their, They’re.  Spell check doesn’t catch correctly spelled words! This service is a light overview of word spelling.  If I happen to catch another issue, it will not be in the tracked changes document you receive, but, I will advise you in my emailed response to you.

Rates are an hourly rate of $25 per hour. There is a two hour minimum.

  • Typing

This service is offered for Authors who wrote their books by hand and just cannot find the time to type it up. I will also make sure wording is spelled correctly as I type it up. I do not type it as written unless the author requests me to do so. Even if it kills me! 🙂

Rate is $25 per hour with a two hour minimum.

Office Services

  • Email Management

Email Management services are offered for those who are going on vacation, or those just too overwhelmed and need help clearing the junk out of their folders. I will review your inbox as well as your junk email folder in case something important slipped through the cracks.

Rate is $15 per hour with a two hour minimum.

  • Appointment Setting

I can save you time by setting up your business and your personal appointments.

Rate is $200 per month. This includes unlimited appointment scheduling.

  • PowerPoint Presentations

I will put together a presentation for you with the information provided. This service helps to free up time in your busy schedule.

Rate is $25 per hour with a two hour minimum.

  • Blog Management

Studies show that companies publishing more than 15 blog posts a month show almost four times more traffic than companies publishing between zero to four monthly posts. We understand that blog posts can be time consuming and appear overwhelming; however, to keep your name out there, you cannot take the stance of getting to it when you have the time. You provide the topics you want your clients to to have access to and I will write the post, up to 500 words.

Rate is $900 per month.

This service  provides you:

  • 10 blog posts per month.
  • Two to three posts per week.
  • Ten Images. One per post
  • Promotion on Social Media sites, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Fact Checking/Online Research

I have over 18 years experience in research. I am able to research manually (Library/Archives) and online research. I love finding that needle in a haystack!

Rates are $20 per hour. There is a two hour minimum.

  • Resume Writing

I will write your resume to make it stand out in the crowd of other job hunters. I use the latest template and keep it streamlined for easy viewing for your potential employer.

*If you are a company who is handling layoffs, I offer a discount for multiple resume reviews, corrections, reformatting and updates. Send me a message for a quote.

Rate is $50 for a complete streamlined and neat resume.

  • Data Entry

I key approximately 60 WPM and 12,000 KPH. I am able to help you enter surveys into your database, or key in your information into a spreadsheet. I know most formulas for Excel.

Rate is $20 per hour with a two hour minimum.

  • Setting up Social Media Pages

If you are a new business, or just new to getting your company into social media, I will set up your pages for on Facebook, Twitter and Intstagram.

Rate is $100 to set up all three pages.

  • Social Media Content Strategist

I will post to all of your Social Media pages.

Rate is $500 per month. This includes:

Daily posts to all three pages, Monday through Friday
Respond to followers comments, Monday through Friday (Interaction is critical. Followers want to know that you are listening and care about what they have to say.)

  • Academic Paper Editing and Proofreading

Rate is $15 per hour with a two hour minimum.

  • Resume Writing

Off-page Optimization.  I will post comments on other blog posts with links back to your own blog.

Personal Services

  • Biography/Profile Writing

I will write a biography or profile for you.  Whether it is for your website, your book or for your online dating page. I am a single mom and yes, I do look on dating sites.  When I see a poorly written profile? I will continue my search. I know that sounds harsh! But, I just cannot get past all the spelling and grammatical errors!

Rates are $20 per hour. There is a two hour minimum.

  • Genealogy Research

I will research your ancestry starting with information of your most recent branches, provided by you.  I take the time to review Census Records and other possible related records to your ancestors, such as marriage records. I will reach out to offices and archives within the US and other foreign countries that I have contacts with. I will also travel to state archive buildings within a three hour drive. This includes Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland. I have 18 years experience in researching family histories. In my own research, as an example, I was able to go back to the mid 1600’s.  Let me help you find your roots!

Rate is $40 per hour with a two hour minimum.

  • Relocation Research

Looking to move into a new area? I will research the area for you. Crime rate, best school district, private schools if any, culture, environmental, cost of living and community involvement. Home prices as well as range amounts for apartments if your child is moving away for college. A report will be submitted to you with my findings.

Rate is $25 per hour with a two hour minimum.

  • Coaching and/or Support for Divorced Parents

I will work with you and your co-parent in moving forward in a manner that is conducive for your child’s well-being. Being a co-parent myself for the past 12 years, I understand how hard it can be to remain positive in a divorce situation. I will help you maintain a course that will have your child growing up with two loving parents who get along and will be comfortable talking to one parent about what they did with the other parent with no fear of retribution.

I will help you with:

  • Controlling your anger
  • Shifting your role from former spouses to effective co-parents
  • Plan how your roles as co-parents will move you forward on the same page in what you want for your child.
  • Understanding how conflict affects your child’s development
  • Using effective communication and negotiation skills with one another

**Please note. I am not a Dr. I am not a Psychologist or Psychiatrist.  I am a divorced mom who hears horror stories on how parents animosity affects their child and I am trying to help those children. I want to work with parents who want to make it work, but, knows that it will take work. It’s not an overnight transition. As long as your thought is to make sure your child(ren) are ok, that’s half the battle.

Rate is $100 per session. Sessions include:

  • 1 Hour Skype
  • or 1 Hour Google Hangout
  • One hour three person phone conversations

Monthly retainer flat fee – $550

Concierge Services

  • Social Tasks

I will handle tasks such as writing holiday cards or sending thank you notes or sending invitations out to your events. Such tasks can become “all consuming” for business executives. This task can be easily outsourced to free up your time.

Rate is $25 per hour with a two hour minimum. This rate includes supplies.

  • Vacation Planning and Research

I will research the location you are traveling to.  Book your flight, lodging, car rentals and tickets to sites/events you want to visit such as Broadway tickets in New York or Bus Tours in California. If you are going on a cruise, your shore excursions will be scheduled based on your interests and availability.

Rate is $30 per hour with a one hour minimum.

  • Taxes

I am not an accountant. However, I have been doing my own taxes as well as outside clients for 17 years. Clients I’ve worked with have taken my figure to their accountant and they came up with the same tax amount owed or refund that I did, but are charged over $200 for having their taxes done. I do not charge as much as an accountant. I use HR Block online. Rate does not include the amount the website may charge me if your situation does not allow me to use the free service.

Rate is $50.

Monthly Services

You can choose a plan that provides you four to fifteen hours a month of services from the list above. Monthly services also include:

  • Appointment Setting
  • Mail Hold/Forwarding Services
  • Client Welcome Gifts
  • Client Holiday, Birthday and Anniversary Gifts
  • Employee Holiday, Birthday and Anniversary Gifts
  • $75 per month. This plan allows up to four hours of work per month.
  • $150 per month allows for ten hours of work per month
  • $200 per month allows for fifteen hours of work per month *Best Deal*

*Hours must be scheduled as early as possible to avoid scheduling conflicts.

Rollover Plan – If you do not use the prepaid hours per month in your plan, they will roll over to the next month. Please note Rollover Hours must be scheduled to avoid scheduling conflicts.
